I focus on cutting out the overwhelm! I see so many people that are caught in a state of not doing anything because there is so much conflict and confusion about what we should or shouldn’t do to get lasting and vital health! This inaction often then leads to feelings of guilt and despair! It doesn’t have to be like that and my sessions are aimed at cutting through all the noise and getting to the heart of what good health can be.
I graduated in 2014 with a BSc(hons)Nutritional Therapy from the UK. I am general manager of The Health Coaches Association and registered with COMENSA. Staying up-to-date with developments in my profession is important to me, so I regularly attend events and conferences that contribute to continued professional development.
Because I am a mother of 3, I particularly understand the pressures that (working) moms are under, we make thousands of small decisions every day and keep tabs on everyone’s schedules. My mission is to support all women; with improved energy they will feel better able to cope with what life throws at them. The added advantage is that they will be living proof of good health for their families!
Knowing what to do when it comes to healthy living is only half the solution, actually doing it is the part that can often be the slip up. My programmes combine health education and coaching which enables my clients to put their knowledge into practice consistently; they feel empowered, make better choices and achieve their goals.
