This program is aimed at anyone who just wants an easy no-fuss plan to head into the party season! The pdf plan contains recipes and meal ideas for breakfast, lunch and supper and even has some ideas for snacks. The meals are easy, gluten free, low in dairy and follows principles known for balancing blood sugar.
The thing that makes this plan really work is that it includes health coaching from me via a secret Facebook group.
