Coaching and health support based on generally accepted healthy eating principles (low Glycemic Load) with course work, meal plans and recipes. They can also include: Body stats analysis, food diary reviews and an option to join Life Time Membership at the conclusion of the programme.
My Facebook Supported Challenges are fun and super exciting. They are set up in a way that you learn by doing since all the meal plans are included and you have access to me and the support of your fellow challengees through a closed Facebook group. Especially useful for time-poor groups!
The Facebook Group Supported Challenges are aimed at the needs of specific groups (yoga studios/gyms/management teams) and are often planned around the seasons. They are a fun way to interact with me for coaching and journey virtually with the rest of the team in the confidential environment of a closed Facebook group.
Because I understand some of you may need more flexibility and less personalized support, I will be developing some online courses that will tackle current food myths while providing nutrition education in the form of video lectures and worksheets. I will include weekly meal plans and recipes and some Skype chats to “check-in”. Scheduled online course attendees will also have a closed Facebook group for support and motivation.
